Carnitas is generally made with pork braised in orange juice and dark beer... here we give that treatment to tender beef. So full of flavor. Sent with avocado & tomatillo salsa for building yummy game day sliders.

Beef Carnitas Sliders!

Quantity

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Toss wings with 1/2 of provided sauce. Bake 15 min.

3. Check the wings and make sure they are hot enough. If you want to heat longer be careful as too much time can cause the sauce to burn. Add 3-4 min at a time.

4. To serve, toss wings with remaining sauce. Put on a platter and sprinkle with provided toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
